Chiropractic

Unfortunately our RMT's are not able to treat patients that have an open WSBC claim.
Both Selena Klassen and Vahid Emamekhoo can treat and bill to ICBC.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture can be billed to extended health plans (except Empire Life). Yunseon can also treat ICBC claims.
Body Work
Body Work is beneficial for people who do not have insurance coverage, have used up their massage benefits for the year or want to save their remaining balance. Body workers offer relaxation massages so if your feeling stressed they could be a good option for you.
Yunseon (Juliana) Choi B.Sc., R.Ac.
Yun Seon finished her science degree in Korea and studied Korean Oriental Medicine including four needle technique, Koryo hand acupuncture, finger pressure technique, and Sa-sang constitution with ECM, which are the centers of Korean Oriental Medicine. Her extensive studies and experiences have revealed the remarkable efficacy of acupuncture in treating stubborn conditions. She is a registered acupuncturist of CTCMA in BC and specializes in Korean acupuncture. She is dedicated to providing precise and personalized acupuncture treatments for optimal results, blending traditional wisdom with modern insights to contribute to the overall wellbeing of her patients.

Vahid Emamekhoo
Vahid is a dedicated and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) graduate from West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2023. He has a deep passion for helping individuals achieve optimal health and wellness through the power of therapeutic massage.
Throughout his schooling, he has strengthened his skills in various massage techniques, including General Swedish, deep tissue, Multiple Sclerosis, and pre & post-natal massage. He believes in tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of his clients, whether they are seeking relaxation, pain relief, or injury rehabilitation. By combining his knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and intuition, he strives to provide a personalized and effective treatment plan for every individual.

Dr. Hammond is certified in Graston Technique (GT®) and trained in Active Release Techniques (ART®), Functional Range Conditioning (FRC®), and RockTape applications. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (C.S.C.S.) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), he brings a strong foundation in movement and performance to his practice. Selena is a graduate of WCCMT’s Registered Massage Therapy program and is in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia. She has a passion for promoting whole body wellness and aiding in the healing process. Her treatment sessions are characterized by kindness, care, and a genuine desire to help others feel at their best. Selena uses a variety of passive and active modalities throughout the treatment session including general swedish massage, isolytic stretching, joint mobilizations, trigger point release therapy, and others.

Brian Leiper
Brian Leiper is a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapist of BC and a member of The Registered Massage Therapist Association of British Columbia.
He graduated from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2019. It was there that Brian was introduced to a diverse range of Massage Therapy techniques. Dr. John (Jay) Rennicks
Dr. Rennicks is a caring dedicated chiropractor who focuses on being thorough. Good listening and careful examination are a part of every visit.
Dr. Rennicks is an honours graduate from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto and has been practicing since 2006. Prior to that he obtained his under-graduate degree from Wilfred Laurier University in Waterloo.
After finishing Chiropractic College, he pursued further studies in a variety of soft tissue treatments and sports therapy treatments including Graston Techniques (GT®) and Active Release Therapy (ART®) and Functional Range Release. This allows Dr. Rennicks to treat muscles and soft tissues in addition to traditional chiropractic treatment. He can treat other issues not typically treated by chiropractic treatment such as plantar fasciitis, tennis elbow and other soft tissue or sports injuries. He places great emphasis on rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise.

Trevor Young
Trevor graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy and has been practicing in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia since 2019. Before becoming a massage therapist Trevor completed his Bachelors degree in Psychology and Communication at Simon Fraser University.
Trevor developed an interest in massage therapy after having several sports injuries and seeing the benefits that massage therapy offered for recovery. Trevor is passionate about the body and how it works, and is keen to facilitate, and continually ensure the body functions optimally.
